Tapioca is a high starch, high energy supplementary feed.
Tapioca originates from the edible starchy tuberous root, of the Cassava / Manihot Esculenta plant grown in Thailand. The fleshy roots are sliced into chips and dried in the sun, then pelleted for the use in food, industrial and stockfeeds applications.

Tapioca Pellets can be used as a substitute for cereals due to the high starch content, but its low in protein and fat.

It is not recommended to feed Tapioca ad-lib. The risk of rumen acidosis is high due to high palatability and starch content. Always feed in a controlled or monitored environment as recommended by an appropriate consultant such as a Vet or Nutritionist.
Product must be kept dry and free from bird & rodent infestation and/or any other contamination sources.
